Carl - CEO

Prior to joining BAYGOLD Limited I worked for a number of large organisations in senior roles including Resene Paints, Ecolab and Fonterra.  I have qualifications in accountancy, law and supply chain and these combined with my wider business background I believe will help drive BAYGOLD’s commitment to achieving excellence in all it does.  I am determined to enhance our customer focus and accountability as well as assisting BAYGOLD reach and exceed its growth aspirations.  When I am not at work I spent time with wife (Rachel) and two children (Rebekah and Annelise) or you can find me running up mountains, ocean swimming or reading a good book!

 

Leighton - Operations and Technical General Manager

My industry experience started in 1999. Over this time I have engaged in all aspects of orchard operation and management, this included a technical role in Italy for 3 years. I am passionate about growing kiwifruit and enjoy the many challenges that brings. Outside of work I enjoy time with family and friends.

Paul - General Manager Business Development, People and Compliance

I have been involved at different levels from orchard work to strategic direction. My interest and passion is in organisational growth and sustainability with a focus towards HR and Health and Safety. I enjoy time with my family days at the beach and the outdoors.

Keiran - Producing Orchard Manager
I have over 10 years’ experience in orcharding. I have been involved in large scale Kiwifruit Orchard Development and I am now managing 58 hectares of G3. I have a young family and enjoy playing a round of golf.

Matt - Producing Orchard Manager

Currently manage 47 hectares of G3 and 9 hectares of Hayward. I have 13 years’ experience in Orcharding and Post Harvest. Married to Katherine and have a young family. Interests include hunting, fishing and spending time with the family.

Blair - Producing Orchard Manager

Currently manage 48 hectares of G3 and have 6 years’ experience in the Kiwifruit Industry. I am married to Rebekah and have 2 children. I am also an active member of the Te Puke Volunteer Fire Brigade.

 

Suzanne - Accounts and Administration

I have a passion for Accounts and Administration work and enjoy working in a team environment. I love to relax by doing scrap-booking, reading, hunting, fishing and camping in the bush.
